Natalia Cola is a philanthropist, arts patron, art historian, founder and President of the Natalia Cola Foundation.
Born and raised in Ukraine, Natalia received her PhD from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She later pursued further studies in art history at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture and at Sotheby's.
After moving to London in 2007, Natalia Cola played an active role in the British art community, supporting young artists and establishing partnerships with leading cultural institutions in the UK.
Today, Natalia Cola is the founder of The Natalia Cola Foundation, which aims to support institutions that value traditions while also promoting contemporary artists. The foundation's values are the recognition of a free way of thinking and free expression. Currently, Natalia is working with the Serpentine Gallery, the Royal Academy of Arts, the Fondation Beyeler, and the Ukrainian Institute.
Natalia Cola contributed to the large-scale project of introducing and publishing the catalogue "In the Eye of the Storm: Modernism in Ukraine 1900-1930", a fundamental study of Ukrainian art of the 20th century, presented at the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum (Madrid, Spain). With the support of the Natalia Cola Foundation, a number of lectures were delivered at the Royal Academy of Arts on contemporary art and its correlation with the history of world art and current cultural and social issues.

As a philanthropist and art connoisseur, Natalia Cola has significantly contributed to the project "In the Eye of the Storm: Modernism in Ukraine 1900-1930", aimed at an insightful study of Ukrainian art of the twentieth century represented on the international art scene.

The second meeting of the Artist Talks series by the Royal Academy of Arts focused on Francis Bacon and his unrestrained fascination with animals. The main speaker was Maggi Hambling, and the main partner of the event was the Natalia Cola Foundation.
