The President of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine, Vitor Sydorenko, opened the meeting and informed the members about the consideration of scientific and organisational matters, as well as the importance of identifying effective solutions to ensure the implementation of the Academy’s strategic objectives.
The agenda included the discussion of reports submitted by the NAA of Ukraine's departments on their performance and results achieved in 2025. Reports were delivered by - Oleksii Bezghin, Academic Secretary of the Theatre Arts Department of the NAA of Ukraine; - Vladyslav Korniienko, Academic Secretary of the Department of Theory and History of Art of the NAA of Ukraine; - Iryna Zubavina, Scientific Secretary of the Theatre Arts Department of the NAA of Ukraine; - Andrii Chebykin, Academic Secretary of the Fine Arts Department of the NAA of Ukraine; - Petro Chupryna, Academic Secretary of the Music Arts Department of the NAA of Ukraine; and - Mykola Yakovliev, Academic Secretary of the Department of Synthesis of Plastic Arts of the NAA of Ukraine.
In addition, reports on scientific and organisational activities carried out in 2025 were presented by the Modern Art Research Institute of the NAA of Ukraine and the Institute for Cultural Research of the NAA of Ukraine. The speakers included Ihor Savchuk, Director of the Modern Art Research Institute of the NAA of Ukraine, and Hanna Chmil, Director of the Institute for Cultural Research of the NAA of Ukraine.
