The artist's curatorial projects were presented at the International Art Festival in Kyiv in 1996 and 1998. In 2013, Silvashi became an Academician at the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine.
"Wings" installation has been created by the artist for the space of the Johann Georg Pinzel Museum in Lviv city. The exhibition project of gallerist Pavlo Hudimov combined the premises of the former church with Pinzel's baroque sculptures together with the sound of Svyatoslav Lunyov's symphonic composition. The powerful art performance through symbolic dialogue created a revolution in the consciousness of visitors. In one of the interviews, when asked why he is engaged in arts, Silvashi answered: "For me, it is a way to establish harmony with the world, where a human being is doomed to existential loneliness".
