Oksana Poltavets-Guyda works in the genres of historical and genre painting, portraiture, landscape, and still life, and is also the author of decorative panels. The themes of her works are deeply national-related and topical, characterized by a profound sense of the Ukrainian people's roots and a poetic and epic artistic vision. Her works stand out for their grand scale, social significance, and high artistic quality. Under her guidance, a new generation of professional artists has been trained — members of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (NSAU), educators, and laureates of international and national competitions.
