Born in Odesa on October 17, 1987.
In 2011, graduated with honors from the Odesa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (OSACEA), earning a Master’s degree in Architecture with a specialization in “Architecture of Buildings and Structures.”

Member of the Youth Association of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 2008 and a full member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 2010.
Ryabchenko’s artistic practice spans digital art, conceptual architecture, sculpture, light installations, photography, and graphic art, forming a coherent visual mythology — worlds inhabited by imaginary creatures, fictional life forms, and metaphysical landscapes governed by internal laws created by the artist himself.

His works have been presented in leading Ukrainian art institutions, including the PinchukArtCentre, Mystetskyi Arsenal, the National Art Museum of Ukraine, the Ukrainian House, the Odesa Museum of Western and Eastern Art, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Odesa, YermilovCentre, the M17 Contemporary Art Center, and the Modern Art Research Institute of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine. His works are held in numerous private, public, and museum collections in Ukraine and across Europe.
His international exhibition projects include presentations at MAXXI — National Museum of 21st Century Arts (Rome), Albertina Modern (Vienna), Art & History Museum (Brussels), Ludwig Museum (Budapest), Saatchi Gallery (London), Ars Electronica Center (Linz), Moderna Galerija (Ljubljana), Danubiana Meulensteen Art Museum (Bratislava), Museum of Contemporary Art (Zagreb), and the Ukrainian Institute of America (New York).
In 2021, Stepan Ryabchenko was named among the 15 best digital artists in the world by the British platform Electric Artefacts. His professional achievements include the Art-Act Award at the First All-Ukrainian Triennale of Abstract Art (2010), the Kyiv Sculpture Project Award (2012), included in Forbes Ukraine’s “30 Most Successful Ukrainians Under 30” (2015), winning the international competition for the sculptural symbol of Odesa Airport (2019), participation in the final of the Tampa International Airport Public Art Project (USA, 2020), and the Mykhailo Bozhiy Award in the “Monumental Art” category (2022).
